Set of rules

Can you post a set of rules that might be used so we all have a starting point in what you will be working from. This way we can all help to comment on different elements of the rules. I understand you are going to rewrite the rules but if we can see what the base is that your building from, then it would easier to comment.

I have a particular version of the old manual in mind and will be making it available for review along with the sample reports that I'm still trying to clean up.

I have a couple of versions of the rule book in hard dead tree version around here somewhere, I even have all my old turns too. I need to relook at the syntax for the orders as I don't exactly remember all the orders nor the different variations that were available.

Since we've got so many new actions, we're basically reconstructing the syntax from the operations that need to be performed.  But we're expecting to help you on-line with the syntax, such as drop-down boxes for choice lists built right into the entry page.

A nice feature of this is you don't have to rely on us to type in your orders correctly - what you put in is what gets run.
