Rules Questions/Clarifications

A few of clarifications requested and questions:
- the manual (pageID 304) says a Constructor is created by drafting one Unskilled, and is paid the Unskilled + Professional amount. Is this correct?
- the same place indicates that Special Agents are drafted from Professionals but become Unskilled on disbanding. Is this correct?
- the same place indicates that Special Agents are paid the Soldier + Professional amount. Is this correct?
- there is no pay rate given for Police
- can Constructors be used the turn they are Drafted?

If you want this posted to the manual pages, I can do that. I also realize that a couple of these questions are due to the way CNW and agents used to be created.

I ended up with a ship in the middle of nowhere which is badly overloaded (how that happened is a long story - it wan't ALL my fault, it was the result of a manual correction to a program error, but I DID orignally do the overloading). So I have lots and lots of food in the cargo space, which I want to just jettison. You can only LOAD or UNLOAD cargo at a colony, but can you jettison stuff in the cargo hold anywhere? It would seem logical that you can just dump the compressed stuff into space, but I fear that a transfer/jettison command will not work on cargo space. The rules seem to be silent on this (although I am known to overlook stuff in the rules).

Your answers are Yes -- Yes -- Yes -- Police are paid the same as soldiers -- Yes you can use CNW the turn they are drafted to do assemblies but not Add - Ons.

Vern, if you cannot use the new CNW for ADN, then how does the processor track which group is which, and how does it prioritize which group does what orders? How can I make sure that existing CNW are used for the ADN?

Its the turn sequence. Add-ons are all done before Draft orders which are all done before Assembly orders. Here is the link to the manual page;
