Anti-Spam
#11
So far I have been able to tell when a post is spam and quite simply don't click. Perhaps I am just lucky, though.

Oops! Seems like I deleted user tstone, inadvertently, when wiping out spam accounts.

I installed a new anti-spam plugin, today. We'll see if that helps.

I installed a second new plug-in, as well, to assist in reducing the number of spambot registrations.

I activated a honeypot anti-spam option, today. Let's see if it does any good.

I also changed the registration security questions - yet, again. This time, however, I tried using a couple of PBM-specific questions. Some PBM gamers may not know the answers, though many will. Let's see how well that the spambot invasion fleets fare when faced off against them, though.

They're like roaches. Hard to get 'em all. Proceed valiantly, GF.

I deleted all of the old security questions, and created a new one, today.

Forgive the look of the forum - I am pressed for time, today, but I will get it straightened out one way or the other, over the weekend, hopefully.

Bernd, I haven't caught up on the e-mail to my GrimFinger account, yet. If you have e-mailed me, I haven't read it, yet.
