I'm into trying out Beamers and Robot Probes, but I am still desperately stuck in Great Food Crisis of the Game-Opening. Even after I get this resolution underway, I will be facing the Great Mining Shortage of the Late-Game-Opening, so I will spend a fair amount of effort remediating the mining situation.

Beamers and Robot Probes are still way down on my list...
