No one ever seems to want to discuss each issue that comes out, very much, but I am going to try and drum up a little bit of discussion about Issue # 5 of Suspense & Decision magazine with this thread.

I had no sooner published Issue # 5, than it dawned upon me that I forgot to include the Tom Fyfe interview. ACK!! My apologies go out to Tom - and to our readership, as well.

Also, I was about an hour and nine minutes past the publication deadline with this issue. The flogging will soon commence! It's not a large amount of time, but it is the principle of the thing that counts. I really want to meet - or beat - each month's publication deadline. I ended up spending very little time editing it over this past weekend, and then tonight, my son felt that his wizarding with a staff made of PVC pipe should take precedence over all other claims to my time. So, it was I sporting a toy machine gun against his wizardry and magic staff.

I'm pretty sure that I lost those battles.

Hey! Important things first, right? E-delivery doesn't have the same kinds of deadlines as printers and the post office, so take the time you need that won't come again.

I noticed that a couple of items were missing from the end of one of the Phoenix:BSE issues. I corrected that, along with some other assorted typos (as well as the index page), and uploaded it over the initial file. If you want the latest version of Issue # 5, just click on the same download link, again, and you'll get it.

As always, sorry about the minor gaffs, as well as any major mistakes or oversights that happen along the way.

Bravo on another issue of excellence! I have only scanned through it, but am already salivating. (I read my own article previously, of course, as well as the Phoenix article I edited.)

S&D consistently delivers red meat to the PBM faithful, but it also extends an open hand to interested bystanders. Well done!

Hello Grim,

another very good issue. Is it just me or presentation keeps getting better and better, very good work indeed.

Thank you for the aesthetics award to Eaw1805 website, we do what we can to make the gaming enviroment as pleasing to the eye as possible. And we honour PlayByMail.net just like you honoured us, by posting your award to our main company news: http://www.oplongames.com/

Another excellent issue Grim, The magazine continues to grow and improve with each succeeding issue. The links to the game websites are also a nice touch and make it very easy for anyone with even a passing interest to check out a game. I also enjoy seeing the occasional sprinkle of pbm history in the issues where they be old artwork or quotes like that offered by Charles Mosteller from George 'Brutal' Cameron in his article on 'Non-Aggression in Alamaze'. I once wrote a review on Krahlizek in issue 63 of PM. A very good, what I called a beer and pretzel game.

Yep, it's really good to see it up on the ConsimWorld site. Looks like that Bigfoot is still getting sighted across the Internet.
