Broken links being repaired

I inadvertently deleted the template for the site's portal page (Home page), this morning. I am in the process of repairing the damage, now, which includes a broken link or two. The problem may be corrected, by the time that you read this.

I am encountering some browser problems, today, or some computer problems. When I edit template pages, sometimes my computer is saving blank templates, which yields the immediate effect of the whole page not seeming to exist, if you try to load that page in your web browser. It's an odd problem, and I tried rebooting my computer, to eliminate any memory deficiency issues from an extended session at the keyboard. I may just not edit templates for a few days, until I can try to track down what's at the root of the problem.
