Well, all that seems to be happening publicly so far (on the first turn) is that lots of empires seem to be bumping into one another.

Yep. But there's not really a lot that can happen on just the first turn, I reckon.

There goes my whole "Jon Capps is playing Galan theory" right down the galactic drain.
If it's true, though, then his ships dispatched the previous turn (Turn #1) are likely right still where they were at the end of turn #1.
