Useful tool to create a Thumbnail pic - DreamWeaver - 11-11-2019
Hello everyone,
Here is a Free web based tool to help you create a Thumbnail that you might use for this very site to go along with creating a Avatar for your account. I used it myself. I searched the web for a pic that I liked, and saved the pic on my own PC. Then I used this tool Postimage.org and created the thumbnail which I am using here now.

Create an account (it is free) and save the pic on PC and then link it to the account here if you wish to use it.
